PROCESSING ORDERS

The website registers the request for orders from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. All requests are handled during these hours. The fulfillment of the order is considered completed only after the payment of the order has been registered. Orders placed and processed cannot be modified, however, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a request for modification can be made via email to the Customer Service which reserves the right to decide the question independently. Oleificio R. M. Spa reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that Paypal is unable to receive a verification from the Customer’s bank. Oleificio R. M. Spa reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.

SHIPPING

The Products that are available in the warehouse will normally be delivered in the shortest possible time and in any case, indicatively:

  • In Italy within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
  • The transit times shown are indicative and are calculated from the day of shipment.

Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during business hours, by specialized forwarding agent, with special packaging / packaging to the address of the recipient indicated by the Customer. The delivery terms indicated above refer to the products present in its warehouses and must be understood as non-binding for Oleificio R. M. Spa, which may subsequently confirm or modify them, according to its own needs. Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must verify that the Products correspond, even in number, to the Products ordered, it being understood that, in the event of any discrepancy between the Products delivered and the Products ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. The transport costs will be calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods, or on the basis of the weight / volume ratio and on the basis of the place of delivery of the Products, according to agreements defined with the forwarder in charge of the delivery and clearly indicated to the Customer both on the occasion of purchase of the Products and in subsequent confirmation messages. Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packed. If for any reason, the package appears tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately contact the shipper. Oleificio R. M. Spa is not responsible for any missing or theft / damage of shipments or their contents if the package has been accepted without reserve. If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured, this coverage expires at the time of delivery.

Taxes and duties

The cost of any customs and excise duties, which may be charged, may not be included in the purchase order. It will be your responsibility to pay the amount due for customs clearance of the order.

Oleificio R.M. Spa does not assume responsibility for customs clearance delays, but undertakes to minimize any inconvenience.
